The following will give you information on what data is acquired, administered and used in accordance with data protection regulations during your visit to the Internet sites of FutureCamp Holding GmbH.

The website also contains offerings by FutureCamp Climate GmbH, ClimateFinance Consulting GmbH and FutureCamp Türkiye, to whom this Data Protection Declaration also applies.

Accessing the website

When you visit our site, we will receive the following information, among other things

  • the IP address of your computer,
  • the Internet address (URL) from which you you have accessed our sites,
  • the files you are accessing,
  • the amount of data transmitted,
  • information on whether access has been successful and
  • the date and time of your visit.

This data serves statistical purposes and the enhancement of our website. You will be saved in a protocol file on our server and deleted after the information have been evaluated.

Making contact

You can contact us by sending us an email, for instance, or by using the contact form on our website. When doing so, you voluntarily give us such personal data as your name, the name of your company or your institution, your telephone number or email address, to name a few examples.

We will use your data solely for the purposes of administering to your concern. Without your separate consent, the data will then no longer be saved but instead deleted.

Subscribing to and unsubscribing the Newsletter

At our website, you can voluntarily subscribe to receive our Newsletter. To do so, type in your email address into the entry mask in the column for “Newsletter.” You will then in future receive our Newsletter free-of-charge by email containing information on climate protection and emissions trading. You may unsubscribe the Newsletter at any time without giving any reason, effective from that point on into the future. Your email address will then be deleted from our Newsletter distributor.

To unsubscribe, type in your email address into the entry mask in the column for “Newsletter.”
Click on “Unsubscribe” and then on “Send.”

Passing on your data to third parties

To the extent that you have sent personal data to us, e.g. for the purpose of contact or to subscribe to the Newsletter, we will administer this date solely in accordance with the purposes for which they have been requested.

The data will then be passed on for such administration to the employee(s) entrusted with such work and only within the group of companies. There is no transfer to any third parties.
